Building Information

These are high quality, energy efficient, commercial quality, heavily insulated brick and steel buildings. All have an insulated glass front door and insulated front windows. All units also have a security metal man door in the warehouse in addition to a large insulated overhead door. See the floor plans for more information on the three buildings. All Units are zoned for light industrial use.

Location

Oakport is in a prime location at the entrance to the Berea Industrial Park with Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the Ohio Turnpike and major interstate highways nearby.

Utilities

Each unit has its own metering of all utilities. Therefore, you can be as frugal as you desire. The thermostat is programmable. Power is 110/220 single phase and 3 phase. Gas heat. All phone and electric lines are already installed. Security lighting front and rear. Common dumpster for all tenants. Individual mailboxes provided.

Additional Storage

Oakport is adjacent to Five Star Storage which has clean dry storage units from 50 sq.ft. to 300 sq.ft. plus plenty of secure outside storage as well.

Loading and Unloading

A forklift and loading facility are available for larger shipments.

Lease Terms

Oakport is designed for small established firms or those just starting out. While we would like you to stay a long time we understand the need to be flexible with your lease. Therefore, short term and flexible leases are available.

Right Sized

Say your business is changing and you need a little more room or a little less room. You can move to a larger or smaller unit to accommodate your needs. We will adjust your lease. Providing we have an available unit, of course.
